At Grow Together Supports we pride ourselves on thinking outside the box to bring you as many new experiences and opportunities as possible.
With our lawnmowing and garden maintenance program you can work outdoors and enjoy a hands on experience in garden care and maintenance.
You will get real world expertise with:
lawn mowing and edging to keep lawns looking great
weed spraying – you will treat weeds and remove them
garden mulching
leaf sweeping for autumn leaves
green waste removal, and
sweeping and cleaning up paths and steps.
Don’t know how to use a mower, or a blower vac? Don’t worry - we will help you with that and any other on the job training you might need.

Once we hear from you we will do the following:
Organise a time to come out and meet with you and discuss your goals and what we can offer
If you are happy to proceed, we will work with your NDIS Support Coordinator or Plan Manager to confirm your goals are supported by your NDIS plan, and give you a service agreement to sign.
We will apply on your behalf to the Department of Social Services Assessment Team for a Supported Wage System assessment. While we wait for the assessment, we will put you on a work trial and train you up to get the most out of your SWS assessment
Once the SWS assessment is completed we will enter an employment agreement with you to pay you based on the assessment.
